Royce has over 25 years of experience working in high-tech industries. Prior to joining his wife Tamara at My Amazing Maid, Royce was the vice president of marketing for Synapse Wireless, the creator of an operating system for companies producing products for the (IoT) Internet of Things marketplace.
Before that, Royce spent 12 years working for a regional cable TV and broadband provider, first as a general manager and ending as vice president of sales and marketing. Upon joining My Amazing Maid, Royce put his experience in technology and home services to good use and has helped to take My Amazing Maid into the Cloud, ditching their old server and putting tablets into the hands of their employees. He and Tamara use technology and the information they collect to help manage and grow their company which now has over 20 employees.
