My response to anything negative an ex-employee posts is:

“Unfortunately this has been posted by a former employee of the XYZ team and it’s indicative of exactly why s/he is no longer with us.”

The above can be used for virtually anything negative that posted about you by a former cleaner or employee from your maid service.
