- Launch27 announced a new version of their software in DECEMBER of 2017 and did not update their customers about it for almost 2 years despite repeated follow up
- Launch27 finally updated everyone this month that they are raising their prices 400% (in some cases) on their current customers, who have been loyal to them for 4+ years
And finally, Launch27 is forcing all of their US customers off of Stripe.com against their will while simultaneously raising prices
