Start with some clarity:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What outcomes do you want to deliver to your clients?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do you believe that you charge too much? (You probably don\u2019t just, FYI.)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do you treat your customers how you want to be treated?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This clarity is crucial before we move on to the next pillar of the framework.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"heading-5\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>#3 &#8211; Monitor your money to grow it like magic<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s be honest. You and I both know why you hate tracking numbers so much. Because it\u2019s depressing, right? But that\u2019s because you don\u2019t know HOW to read them.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Get those numbers out of your head and start tracking them! The path to growth is right under your nose. If you can\u2019t see it, it\u2019s either because you\u2019re deliberately looking away, you\u2019re scared of what the numbers tell you, or you don\u2019t know how to correctly interpret the data. You can easily pay yourself, your employees and maybe even save $2,500 bucks a month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll notice a few changes: Your\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Messaging improves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return on marketing expenditures increases&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clients increase in number&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It may be a slow and steady journey for the first few months, but you\u2019ll notice that it\u2019s so easy, it feels suspicious! But rest assured, it\u2019s not voodoo; it\u2019s numbers!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to track your numbers, you need to consistently find clients, which brings us to the next step: marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"heading-6\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>#4 &#8211; Get the mood out of your marketing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>What does this mean?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Many entrepreneurs market inconsistently. In fact, they do a lot of things inconsistently<\/strong>. When they feel motivated they do ALL the things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guilty as charged! We\u2019re all guilty of this from time to time.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When things start to fall apart, this leads to guilt and drama, which zaps your energy. Burnout follows and you may notice that your health takes a dive, your personal relationships become rocky, and you make poor decisions with your hiring and firing processes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Business owners who experience burnout tend to withdraw in life and disappear from time to time.
