Welcome or welcome back to the Filthy Rich Cleaners podcast. I am your host, Stephanie from Serene Clean, and in today’s episode, we are going to be talking about reviews — written reviews, video reviews, getting reviews — because reviews are truly one of the main flowing lifebloods of Serene Clean and of every cleaning business once you get past just exclusively going off of word of mouth. Because truly, reviews are a type of word of mouth, just in written form, if you will.

Why Reviews Are the Lifeblood of a Cleaning Business

So I think it’s incredibly important that we have a system for collecting reviews, and it’s not just happening randomly when a client is just absolutely so moved by your cleaning that they go out of their way to go leave a review. Not saying that that doesn’t happen. Of course it does. But I really think that we should not be leaving up our reputation and our marketing and branding to chance and if clients are feeling particularly generous with their time and words on that date.

So at Serene Clean, I do know a thing or two about getting reviews. I will say, not to toot my own horn, but across our three Google My Business profiles, we have a total of 471 Google reviews, 64 on Facebook, and dozens of video reviews that are across all platforms.

So reviews are important, and I definitely want to explain how you guys can influence folks to leave you a review and, again, having a system around it so it’s not just randomly. We have tools in place to encourage our clients to leave reviews and to incentivize our cleaners to help us get the review. So it’s not just coming from the office or the owner when it comes to getting more reviews.

So the reason I wanted to bring this up today is I did get a couple questions on how we get reviews, but also we did introduce a new program for our cleaning techs called the Record and Reward Incentive Program. And this is to encourage them to get more video reviews for us, because I did absolutely notice a downturn in our ability to get video reviews when I went remote and I moved away from Wisconsin. Because I was the one who was making the video reviews happen — which means that’s not much of a system, right?

And since we have introduced this new incentive program, we have gotten several video reviews. I think two months is when we had introduced this. So it is working. It’s very difficult in comparison to get a video review in comparison to a written review, 100 percent, but they are so valuable.

Of course, you guys have heard me talk about video reviews before. If this is your first episode you’ve ever seen of me, video reviews are very important because they are the most impactful, real, authentic, customer-influential piece of content that you could create. Truly, it is so valuable. And so that is why we created this incentive program. And I want to run through that with you guys to explain exactly what that looks like, as well as how we’re getting reviews in general.

Like I said, we’re nearly at 500 Google reviews over seven years. So that did not happen overnight. Okay. I want to first put that out there for all of you that are feeling very discouraged or like people won’t leave your reviews. It does not happen overnight, and it is not something that you just ask for once. Okay. It is a constant reminder on pretty much every form of communication for our clients to be interacting with and our cleaners to be also doing things with. And so I’ll explain that.

Tracking Reviews as a KPI

So number one thing I want to say is that getting reviews needs to be happening literally all the time. It needs to be top of mind. It should be something that you track and watch so that weeks aren’t going on without you getting reviews.

And of course, the bigger your company gets, the easier it is to get reviews. So if you only have 10 clients, well, of course you have a smaller pool to get reviews from, right? So it’s much more important that you’re getting reviews from a larger percentage of your customers because you have less customers. So I understand that that is difficult, and that is why I’ve talked about doing free cleanings in exchange for them willingly giving a review if they would like to.

And we can’t do a tit for tat trade necessarily, but you can certainly encourage them or give them the links of like, if they are so inclined to leave a review, they can do that. But it can’t necessarily be like, you must leave me a review in exchange for this free cleaning, right? You can’t do that. That’s against the Google rules. So it’s all in the semantics, guys. You want to make sure it’s like, if you feel so inclined after you received this lovely cleaning, please, here are the links. There you go. But you don’t have to, right? It’s not like this is an exchange or anything like that. So we’ve got to be careful there.

Not saying that you guys are most likely going to get slammed by Google, especially if you’re very small, but I just want to put that out there that you cannot do that. So just be careful with your language. The biggest thing is, if they are so inclined, leave a review, but you cannot say you must leave a review because I gave you this free cleaning, right? We can’t do that. So just wanted to make that little clarifying statement for you.

But as you guys know, that is how I started out. I did free cleanings in exchange for the opportunity for them to leave a review. And that started on Facebook. So those are the first reviews I got was on Facebook. And obviously, looking back, I wish I would have pushed Google reviews much more heavily. I think in the first year of business, I only got 12 Google reviews because I was pushing more on Facebook. I don’t regret getting all those Facebook reviews. Of course, that’s a wonderful thing, but I do regret not giving them the link to Google and pushing the Google reviews a lot heavier in that first year, because my reviews would be even higher than so. Although that’s sad, can’t change that.

Of course, now I’m telling you guys that you should put things in place, again creating a system. And the first part of any system or method of doing anything in your business is figuring out where you stand and checking that on a regular basis. So key performance indicator, KPI, is going to be tracking reviews. On my tracking sheet, we track the number of reviews on all of our Google My Business and our Facebook. So if you guys use Yelp or Nextdoor or any of those other kinds of platforms — wherever you guys are able to get reviews — make sure that you are tracking it week to week once you get into tracking.

So that would be the first place to start: the state of the union of your reviews. How many reviews do you have right now? It’s okay. Don’t feel bad. Okay. That’s why we’re talking. That’s why we’re having this conversation, so that we can learn how to do better here. Because I know it’s a struggle, and that’s why we’ve put so much effort into this to make sure that this machine keeps moving when it comes to getting reviews.

Reminders on Checklists and Leave-Behinds

So first and foremost, as you guys know, we use checklists on all of our cleaning checklists. It is mentioned to leave your cleaning tech a review, and the QR code to each Google My Business is on the checklist. Okay. So what we want to do is make sure that all of our leave-behinds that are going to be left behind in the house are going to mention and easily link to the reviews and where you can leave reviews and whichever is the most important to you. For us, that’s going to be Google. We’re going to make sure we emphasize those.

But the nice thing is, if they don’t want to leave a Google review, they can leave a Facebook review, or they can write an email and we can turn it into a testimonial. There’s multiple options. So that is something I wanted to mention as well. People don’t want to create a Gmail account and they don’t want to do Facebook. Well, would you do a video review? If they say no, then at least would you mind doing an anonymous review that we can turn into a testimonial, right? That’s good too. So there’s always a step down from whatever they’re comfortable with. So just keep asking, like, what would you be comfortable with? Can we do something anonymous, you know, just so you can start getting that social proof.

Social proof is so, so important for local service businesses. It just truly is. When I say the lifeblood, I’m not exaggerating or being hyperbolic in any way, shape, or form. It is very important that we continually get this social proof, and you don’t want it to go stale. What I mean by that is you don’t want to just get 10 reviews three years ago. Because if I stumble across a Google My Business and there’s, you know, 10 reviews but the most recent one was a year ago, but there’s a competitor who has more recent reviews from that and they’re good — well, what would you do? You know what I mean? Think of it like that. So put yourself in the consumer’s shoes.

So all of that, I don’t have to tell you, I think more why this is important. But it’s so important, and that’s why I’m going to make this episode about it. So number one is going to be QR codes on the leave-behinds and links and explanations on how to leave a review. Okay. And this has evolved for us over time. What has stayed very standard is that it is on the checklist, because we know the checklist is going to be left behind at every single residential customer’s house, every single client, every single cleaning.

And so this is one of the main reasons I love a checklist. I mean, I just made a whole episode on checklists, but outside of the accountability of a checklist, it also allows you to remind them constantly, “Hey, I want to leave that review. I want to leave that review.” So maybe on this particular bi-weekly Tuesday, they are okay. “I’ve got five minutes. I’m feeling really good. The house looks great. I just got home after work.” Boom. There’s a QR code, and that’s what triggers them, right? So what we’re trying to do is trigger them.

And all of you that are very discouraged because you’re like, “I asked and they didn’t do it” — yeah, they’re busy. Okay. Do not get discouraged. My lovely listeners, you need to ask so many times. So many times. And this is a form of asking in a more passive way: it’s just on the checklist, and they’re seeing that. Sometimes they have to see it seven times, and then they finally have a moment where they’re like, “Oh yeah, I got to do that.” Right? So don’t feel discouraged. It’s not personal. It’s just something — they’re busy, just like you are busy. Right? So do not take it personally when they say they’re going to leave a review and then they don’t. We just need to remind them in a variety of ways, and you can do that in several different ways.

The Postcard Leave-Behind

So number one for us is going to be the checklist. Number two is we have separate leave-behinds to catch their attention more. And I do think that this is valuable. It definitely works. And then our cleaning techs can actually write their name. And so this has been evolved upon in several ways.

So it used to be a smaller little square card. We would just order them from VistaPrint, and it would just say, “Happy with your cleaning today, leave blank,” and then the cleaner would write their name in it, a review, and they get a bonus. So that is a big part of why our cleaners want to get reviews that mention them by name: they get $5 every time they get an online review that mentions their name. So that is going to be a huge tip I have — incentivize your cleaners.

And you can do however much money that you want. $5 for the written ones works great. I’ll go into what it looks like for video reviews, and obviously that’s going to be a lot more money because they’re so much more valuable and they’re much more difficult to get. Cleaners are more uncomfortable. Clients are more uncomfortable. All the things. A written one is a lot easier to get. So I definitely would encourage that. You know, $5 is $5, and they’re already doing their work, right? So it’s just literally them leaving behind something and writing their name on it and talking to the clients, right? So they’re more incentivized to do that.

Also, they are going to get a lot of accolades and positive callouts in the company. So from a cultural perspective, it’s a good thing too. So cleaners are incentivized both from a financial perspective as well as a positive feedback loop perspective. Because, you know, it’s going to feel good when they get reviews and it’s public. And we also put it on social media. We talk about it internally. So I would definitely say incentivize your cleaners, and then make sure you use that positive feedback in a variety of ways to give them their attaboys, attagirls, so that they are feeling really good about it and they want to get more, right? Because it’s that dopamine hit.

So incentivization and a separate leave-behind. So now, when I say it’s evolved, it was a little square card. Now it’s more of a postcard, and we will be sure to look at — you guys can look at your screen right now. If you are cleaning, if you are driving, do not look. Save this for later. We’ll put an edited little thing of our postcard. And it’s a two-sided postcard.

And the first side says, “Love how your space feels after we clean? Leave your technician” — and then it’s the line so that they can put their name in there — “a review online and make their day. Your technician will receive a bonus for each review that mentions their name.” Because we have multiple platforms that they can leave reviews. So one client could leave a review across the four platforms that we have: the three Google My Business locations and Facebook. So that cleaner could get $20 if the client is so inclined off of that alone.

So that’s very exciting when you do have multiple Google My Businesses or multiple platforms, because, again, it’s beneficial. We have to get all of the platforms, right? And so that is what makes it more difficult. Sometimes it’s tough because I’ll see our competitors where they have like 400 or 500 reviews on their one Google My Business, but we have three. So where they’re going to leave a review just kind of depends. But either way, it’s beneficial. We want to get them all over. But that’s why we link all of that.

So underneath that sentence, it is the three QR codes for the Google reviews, and then a QR code for the Facebook review as well. And then it says, “See the other side for video reviews and more bonus opportunities for your technicians.” So that is where we flip it over.

The Four Video Review Questions

And on the other side of the postcard, it says, “Love how your space feels after we clean? We’d love to hear about your experience with Serene Clean in a short video review. Our office can coordinate everything at a time that works best for you. Quick, easy, and no pressure at all. Your feedback helps support our local team, and your technician will receive a bonus for each video review.”

And then it explains the four questions that we are going to ask them. Because one of the reasons people don’t want to do video reviews is they’re uncertain of what you’re going to ask them, and they want to think about their responses so they don’t feel dumb or silly on video. So the four questions that we ask is:

What is your name and how did you hear about Serene Clean?

What year did you start using Serene Clean?

Why would you recommend Serene Clean?

What does it feel like after having Serene Clean visit?

And then it says, “See the other side for social media reviews and more bonus opportunities for your cleaning technicians.” Like I said, we popped in those pictures. So if you need to go back and look at those again, go ahead and do so.

So the reason we started asking what year did you start using Serene Clean instead of how people used to answer, which is like, “Oh, I’ve been using them for three years” — well, then that’s not evergreen content, meaning I can’t post that next year and that statement still be accurate. So now we want to say, when did they start working with us? Because that always will make sense if they started working with us in 2023. Will that still make sense if the video is seen next year? And otherwise, it’s just less impressive if they say two years, but now it’s been six years that we’ve been working with them. So I hope that makes sense.

So that’s why we want to say that. And before we go and actually get the video review, we make sure we look it up for the client. So if they’re like, “Oh, I have no idea,” we can say, “Well, you started in 2020,” and we can kind of feed them the information so that they know — not feed them in a way that leads them astray, but more so that the information is accurate based on when did they start with us.

So that is the leave-behind card that we started doing, and it is working very well. I have absolutely noticed an uptick in our written reviews. And we have gotten more video reviews, but that feels more in line with the incentive program as opposed to this. I can’t really say, or probably it’s a combination of both — both the leave-behind and then our cleaners are wanting to get them as well. So there is that.

Reviews in Bills, Receipts, and Email Signatures

So I will say, before we get into the new review incentive program, I also wanted to mention that every time we send a bill or receipt, we put the review links in there. So in any of the after-clean stuff — if you use the automated messaging in ZenMaid, like the follow-up emails or anything like that — make sure that you are linking to your profile so that they can leave a link from any of the automated things that are going out. So that’s a huge benefit of ZenMaid: sending out the reminder emails, sending the after-clean follow-up if you want it to. And that is where you can link the reviews.

I will say that we do it because we invoice in QuickBooks. When we send them the receipt, we just make sure we link it there. Literally every email communication — also it is in there. And what I mean by that is in our email signatures. Our Google and Facebook profiles for leaving a review are literally built into our email signatures. Again, if you’re cleaning right now, look up — we will insert our email signatures so you can see what I’m talking about.

So when I say, make it as easy as possible on yourself, this is what I mean. All right, you want to just hit them on every type of communication so it is at least passively there without them, like, literally asking. In the email, it’s there. So if they just had a great experience, obviously, you want to respond in a way: “Great, would you be willing to leave a review or do a video testimonial?” Like, if somebody is saying that to you, that is your cue to ask for a review. But this way, just having it in your email signature, having it on all of your communications with them makes it so much easier, because you don’t know if it’s the 10th time they finally see that and they have a moment and now they’re feeling so inclined, right? So that is why we want to have it literally everywhere, so that it’s as easy as possible that they can just click that link and do that.

Asking in Person

When it comes to your cleaners asking in person, ideally, yes — if the client is there and they’re saying, “Oh my gosh, this is so wonderful,” then the cleaner should be like, “Great, would you like to leave a review?” And ideally, your cleaner would walk them through how to do that on their phone. Sometimes older folks really struggle with doing it. So it’s not a bad idea to have them walk through on their phone how to actually leave the review to help them. But of course, don’t have your cleaners write it or anything like that. We don’t want any type of dishonesty or anything like that. But point being, sometimes people need a little help on the tech side of things.

But for the most part, our cleaners are not seeing our clients. This is why the leave-behinds are so important. Because if you are going into houses on a regular basis and you’re not leaving something behind, guys, you are missing out on so many opportunities. And the reason is, they are most satisfied with your services when they step into their house after work and they have that wow feeling. So why the heck are you not asking them for a review in that exact moment in the form of the leave-behind?

So do leave-behinds, guys. They’re so cheap. They’re so cheap. You can get them on Canva, VistaPrint, you can print them wherever you like. So maybe I’ll link — I think we did ours on Canva. Either way, I’ll just make sure that down in the show notes, guys, that there is some document so that you can see exactly how this is made and you can just make a copy of it, whether that is with AI or you design it yourself. Again, very easy to do in Canva. This is where we design all of our stuff and can make it pretty, right? So this is when I say, like, spending money on marketing, like printed materials, this is one. Because again, you want to hit them when they’re most satisfied and ask for that review, whether that be written or video. So all of that to be said, we want to be asking them everywhere.

The Record and Reward Incentive Program

So let me explain the Record and Reward Program. All right, so Record and Reward, an incentive program that rewards technicians for helping us collect short client video reviews, whether you record them yourself or leave a card for the office to coordinate later. So this is important — they get the bonus regardless if it happens when the cleaner is there at the house or the office does it later. Whoever was at that cleaning, they’re going to get the bonus. To make them leave behind the thing.

So how you earn: You will get $20 for every completed video review. Two video reviews in a quarter equals one Spin the Wheel entry. So for those of you that do not know, one of our benefits — actually, it’s our cleaners’ favorite benefit, that’s what they tell us — we have a wheel in the office that we got from Amazon. It’s literally just called like a Spin the Wheel, and you can order it and you write on it with like dry erase. Why do I struggle with my Rs? I swear I never had a speech impediment, and now that I’m podcasting, I cannot say my Rs. What is that? Can anybody explain? Please let me know.

So we have this wheel, and we have all these prizes on there, and they get to earn the chance to spin the wheel once a quarter by qualifying via a bunch of different methods. So if they get no complaints, if they have perfect attendance, if they get a certain number of Google reviews or online reviews, a certain number of video reviews, then they get to spin. And there’s cash prizes, there’s gas cards, there’s PTO, there’s all sorts of fabulous prizes, and they really like it. And some of it’s just like straight-up $100 bills, right? So that’s exciting and they really enjoy it. And again, it’s an incentive program to reward them for the behavior that we want, right?

Weekly Speed Bonuses and the Quarterly Pot

Not only do they get money for the video reviews, but they also can get more money if they get the video reviews. So we also added these weekly speed bonuses, which are first-come. Every video earns $20, plus the first video submitted each week gets another $30. So then that brings the total up to $50. And the second video submitted each week gets another $10, which means $30 total. So if only one video is submitted that week, only first place is rewarded.

So again, that means that for every video review that we could get from a cleaner — they are either getting it or the client is leaving it with us in the office. But again, it’s going to be associated and rewarded to that cleaner of that client. They could get up to $50 total for the video review. But these are so valuable, guys. I can’t begin to express how valuable these are from a marketing tool.

Because if you do not have a lot of Google reviews, but if you had five video reviews on your Google My Business profile, on your Facebook, turn it into ads on Facebook, and then put it at the top of your website — even if your website’s kind of crappy — those are going to influence people. Okay? Because it’s Sally down the street or Bob from accounting saying how great Serene Clean is, right? Like, this is amazing. They’re so valuable. So they will help you more than Google reviews. Well, Google reviews are very important. So we want to get both. But if you are, again, don’t have that many clients, video reviews are going to be king or queen for you. Okay?

So we want to focus on getting those while still getting the written ones. But if you just don’t have that many clients and you can only get one of these — obviously, ideally it’s both out of every client, right? If you can only get one, video reviews are going to be so much more impactful and useful for you guys, and it will work for years to come. When you Google like Serene Clean or cleaning businesses in Black River Falls, the video results that pop up to this day are video reviews from years ago. They’re still working for us. That’s why they’re so valuable.

When you click on our pictures and videos on any of our Google My Business profiles, the video reviews are at the top because they are just so eye-catching, and they make you stand out from your competition. Because nobody’s doing this, guys, because it’s hard. And that’s why we need to do it, to make us stand out, especially if we have a lot of competition. Even like the big chains and franchises, they’re not necessarily doing this. So if you are in a highly competitive area, this can make you stand out so much more. So we have to get our cleaners involved in this so it’s not just all on you. Okay.

All of that to be said: keeping going on this quarterly progressive pot. $10 goes into a pot for every video review submitted. At the end of the quarter, the technician with the most video reviews wins the entire pot. So even more incentive. Okay. Even more incentive.

So how to get videos. This is at the end of the Record and Reward Incentive Program document. Ask happy clients if they’re open to a short video review. When completing yourself, ensure to record the video horizontally so that we can use it on YouTube and we can use it on all platforms. But on YouTube we want it to be this way. Or, for you guys, it’s okay if it’s vertical. It’s not that big of a deal, because most things are short-form anyway. Or leave a video card when clients are home. If the office coordinates the deal later, you will still get full credit upon completion of the video. Because we just want to make it so juicy for them that they want us to do this. Because, again, if we have to go drive out and get it as one of the managers, still worth it. Still worth it to pay out, because they’re so dang valuable.

An Example Video Review From Joe Petkus

So we have gotten several video reviews because of this. I’d love if we can edit in one of our more recent video testimonials so that you guys can see it. It’s cute. And I just edit these myself. All right, I do nothing super fancy or anything. I literally do this in Canva. I think it’s fun. I enjoy it. So if you guys have like a marketing person or you’re like, “Oh my gosh, how do I do this?” — literally, it’s so easy on Canva. Canva is amazing. So I’ll put in, I think Joe Petkus’s review, in so you guys can see it.

What’s your name and how did you hear about Serene Clean? My name is Joe Petkus, and I had a strong referral from one of my neighbors that you guys did a great job.

What year did you start using Serene Clean? March of 2021.

Why would you recommend Serene Clean? Very, very trustworthy. Always nice to my puppies, and they do a great job.

And what does it feel like after having Serene Clean visit? Warm hug from grandma.

So super cute, very short, to the point. Well, doesn’t that make you want to buy from me? Isn’t Joe awesome? All right. Like a warm hug from grandma. Could you argue with that? Like, yeah, I want to use them. So they’re just so useful.

And so I put that on our YouTube, so it shows up in search results. I put it on Google My Business, we put it in our newsletter, we put it on Facebook, and it shows up on Instagram. We put it everywhere, guys. Everywhere. We want to put it everywhere. And you can literally link to your video testimonials when you send out estimates and quotes, so that people are linked to and can see happy customers. It may push them over the edge to buy, right? So they’re just so valuable.

So that is how we get video reviews. And we want to talk about the feelings, so that we can use that for marketing, because it’s like, what is it going to feel like when you work with us? Right? And I really like to get clients, of course, that have worked with us for years. That’s super duper impactful.

Additionally, one other question we want to start asking too, after I went to the Hormozi conference, is, “What was it like taking care of the house cleaning before Serene Clean? Before working with us?” And the reason is so that we can highlight their pain and agitate that pain point to market, and then the solution, right? So that is something I would say — on our next batch of video review cards that we print, we’re going to add that question as well, because I think it’s important from a marketing perspective.

So again, it’s never done. This is never perfect. We’re constantly tweaking. But this is what I mean by a system: that everybody’s working together, and we’re making it as easy as possible so it is replicable. So it’s like, okay, you leave your checklist behind, you leave your leave-behind behind — that’s funny — and you are incentivized to do so. We reward our cleaners, and then we use those everywhere.

So this is how we get reviews across all of the platforms. But again, I know that sounds like a lot of work to get up to hundreds of reviews. Yes, it’s just something that is constantly focused on. And if we go several weeks without a review, it’s a problem. And it’s something that I’m going to highlight with my managers. Okay? So we never want to go, Lord forbid, a month without getting a review. That would be crazy. Even two weeks — if we go two weeks without a Google review somewhere, I’m like, what the heck is going on? Right?

So it’s just such a focus, because I know how important it is for us for getting leads. Because if somebody finds us on Google, they are highly likely to be like a hot lead, because they are searching. They’re looking, as opposed to just, you know, window shopping on Facebook. So that is why they’re so important. And they just do so much of the legwork. And so for us getting clients, like, this huge goliath of reviews is doing most of the work for us. We don’t have to pay for marketing very much as cleaners. That’s a problem, as you guys know.

So I’ll be sure to also — I’m going to make a copy of this Record and Reward Incentive Program document, and that’ll be pasted down below for you guys. We’ll figure out if you need to put an email in for that or what.

Using Celebration Reminder Videos to Ask

One of the other very impactful ways that has been getting us video reviews this year in particular, other than incentivizing the cleaners, is me personally asking for them during my celebration reminder emails that I send. So every year, on our client anniversaries, I record a personalized video saying thank you for their business and asking for any feedback. This year, I started adding at the end of these videos asking for a video review.

So I’m literally doing this right now. I’m doing my customers’ anniversary videos for June, for next month. And at the end, I’m asking them if they would be willing to do a video review, and I explain how it works. So I know this is extra. I know. But if you guys are even sending out a thank you email based on the celebration reminders feature in ZenMaid — or if you are not using ZenMaid, highly recommend the celebration reminders as one of my favorite features that they have launched recently. I’ve been doing it for a couple of years now. I guess I’ve lost what is time, right? They launched it, I think, last year. But it’s one of my favorite features, because it has allowed us to thank and appreciate our recurring current clients over years and years.

And so it’s been a wonderful thing. Every single month I record thank you videos, and I just use the program Loom. It’s super easy. And then we just send those out. And I have recorded a how-to video of how I do this, and that is posted on the ZenMaid YouTube. It is linked down in the description so you guys can see how I exactly do that.

But the thing I’ve added to that tutorial is asking for the video reviews, and we have gotten several people. They say yes because of this. And to me, that makes it absolutely worth it of adding a one-minute-long blurb onto the end of these videos that I am already creating. It’s already a process for us. I am just adding this on. So if you do not have that process in place, I understand it’s a whole new thing for you, but I just wanted to mention — I want to give you guys all sorts of ideas here of how we do this. And so this has been highly impactful for us. For me to even get a handful of video testimonials from that, it is well worth it, because they’re so valuable.

And that’s actually how I got the one that we put in, Joe Petkus’s review. It was from this process. I sent him his celebration email and video. I asked for the video review in that little thank you video, and he responded saying, “Oh my gosh, this is so cool. And yes, absolutely.” So we went out and got it right at his house, and it was fabulous. So I just had to come back and add that, because I was like, I can’t not mention this. This is, like, something I’m doing literally right now.

Wrap-Up

If you are not subscribed to the ZenMaid newsletter, I also wanted to mention that, guys.
