Client agrees not to directly hire or solicit any Company employee for months after contract termination. Violation may result in a referral fee of .
Damage caused by Company staff must be reported within hours. Company is not liable for pre-existing damage, improperly secured items, or undisclosed items of extraordinary value.
Company operates in compliance with applicable OSHA standards. Staff may decline to clean areas presenting an unsafe working condition. Client agrees to maintain a reasonably safe environment.
Company will make every effort to maintain the agreed schedule. Occasional adjustments may occur due to staffing or weather, with prompt client notification.
Client agrees to provide safe, legal parking within reasonable proximity at no cost. Failure to provide access at the scheduled time may result in a lockout fee of .
If unsatisfied with any area, please contact us within hours and we will return to re-clean at no additional charge.
Company may adjust pricing with a minimum of days' written notice. Periodic quality control inspections may be conducted to uphold service standards.
