Important
The Spot Finder feature only displays up to a month of appointments.
Utilizing the Spot Finder
The schedule loads immediately with default options. You can change the recurrence or the appointment duration at any time, and the results will recompute so the system looks for scheduling conflicts into the future with your selected options.
Hover over the schedule to find openings for your cleaners. You will notice the appointment times relate to the duration you previously selected.
Once you click on a time slot for your cleaner, you will see a pop-up window displaying their schedule. Here you can check the recurrence you selected, the date and time the service starts, and if your cleaner is available for every appointment or if there are any scheduling conflicts.
If you are happy with your selection, click on Continue to customer selection.... It will take you to the appointment creation sidebar.
After you choose the customer, you will notice the appointment times and recurrence match your selection in the Spot Finder feature. So now you can safely save the appointment without worrying that you will have scheduling conflicts in the future!
Side Note
If scheduling conflicts are detected, the pop-up header will show a red badge with the number of conflicts.
If there are none, you'll see a green No conflicts badge instead.
You can also review each conflicting date in the pop-up.
