The SOS tool is a quiet support option meant to let your team know something’s wrong while you're still on-site.

You can access it from the job screen, just in the right-hand corner when viewing any appointment.

Start from the scheduling view in your mobile App

Go into an appointment details view

Tap on the Blue Shield and drag the SOS slider all the way to the right side.

Managers will immediately get a pop-up alert on their desktops with the cleaner details, location, and appointment details.

Managers will also get a mobile notification once the alert is triggered
