Here’s my response (and you can read the other suggestions at the link below):
“Without knowing too much about it my response to anything they posted would be “Unfortunately this has been posted by a former employee of the XYZ team and it’s indicative of exactly why s/he is no longer with us””
The above can be used for virtually anything negative that posted about you by a former cleaner or office manager from your maid service.
