2017 - ZenMaid goes international + new Address look-ups for US customers
It’s 2017 (Happy New Year’s) and I wanted to make the first of many big announcements we have coming for you this year:
If you’re running a cleaning company outside of the US (and Canada), we’ll now support your local addresses, including on our awesome instant booking form!
And to accomplish this we used Google Map’s lookup address functionality which means for you current customers, your life just got a little easier 🙂
Since starting 4 years ago we’ve gotten requests from those outside the US and Canada but recently those requests have jumped.
Being the new top Software result on Google for “Maid Service Software” certainly helps!
In the past few months we’ve seen huge spikes in interest from the United Kingdom (hey Bancroft), Australia (what’s up, Rebekah), and Dubai (hello there, Mohmmed)
As of a few days ago ZenMaid can now handle all international addresses. If it exists according to Google, we’ll find it. And if it doesn’t, you can still enter an address of your choosing, the same as before.
You’ll notice immediately the next time you create a customer or appointment that ZenMaid will help find the address in question while you’re typing.
Our instant booking forms also reflect these changes so you can use one of our most popular features (which we’re still actively improving) when you sign up, no matter where in the world you are. When your customer start typing in their address we’ll look it up and fill it in for them thanks to Google (and our growing tech team).
This includes you Canadians who already using our software/form (lookin’ at you, Clare).

To be clear, as of January 2nd, 2017 we have more development to do to fully serve our international customer base but this gets the ball rolling and the more global customers that sign up the faster we can develop.
If you’re running a maid service outside the United States and Canada you can reply to this email and we’ll set you up with a discount for getting started before our international development is complete.
