On this episode of Top Contributor Tuesday with Cindy Shero Wolford we discuss

  1. How she is dominating with post construction cleaning
  2. How she has created a predictable growth pattern
  3. Her methods of employee retention

After eight years of being a stay-at-home mom, Cindy decided to enter the cleaning business after. This is after doing part-time jobs that just couldn’t pay the bills. She worked her on way around to get to where she is after taking inspiration from her mom who also cleaned homes!

Her first impressive (but not recommended, as she says) step into the business was how she manually dug up for leads’ email addresses and sent them proposals. That’s how she was able to connect with her first few clients. Three years later, she was able to retain some of her very first clients plus new clients into her cleaning business with her nine cleaning technicians.

Cindy talks about how everyone should have a “Leslie” in their business and she recommends that the best way to get quality help is through employee referrals. She also admits how being focused on getting new clients helped her business be on the right track to success.

She also talks about how she’s able to make her employees stay with her company. She also discusses how she’s able to do it through balanced agreement between her and her cleaning employees. Join Courtney and Cindy on this week’s Top Contributor Tuesday to learn more about various hot topics inside the cleaning services industry
